These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Quorwox Wars, operated by Quorwox Labs ("Quorwox", "we", "us"). By accessing the game, companion websites, or blockchain integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to play Quorwox Wars. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, connected wallet addresses, and private keys. Activity executed from your account or authorized wallets will be deemed your responsibility. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Quorwox grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the game content without written permission.
The Quorwox economy may include fungible tokens, NFTs, or other virtual rewards. You acknowledge that token values can fluctuate and that you assume all risk associated with acquiring, holding, or trading blockchain assets. Quorwox does not guarantee liquidity, price stability, or future utility of any tokenized item.
You agree not to engage in malicious activity, including cheating, exploiting bugs, data mining outside intended gameplay, harassing other players, or deploying smart contracts that interfere with Quorwox services. Violations may result in account suspension, asset confiscation, or legal action.
Unless otherwise required by law, all token purchases, in-game transactions, and NFT mints are final and non-refundable. Third-party payment processors may impose their own terms, which you must review separately.
Interacting with smart contracts involves the risk of code vulnerabilities, network congestion, and transaction failure. Gas fees are non-refundable. You are solely responsible for evaluating these risks before initiating any on-chain interaction connected to Quorwox Wars.
Quorwox Wars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free gameplay, or compatibility with every device or wallet. Your use of the services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorwox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services or blockchain assets.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Quorwox Wars at any time for violations of these Terms, behavior that harms the community, or as required by law. Upon termination you must cease accessing the services, though certain obligations may survive.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our websites and announced through official channels. Continued participation in Quorwox Wars after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
